A note from Jai, AOM co-founder
You're making decisions nobody around you has to make. Carrying weight that doesn't switch off. 2am grinds. Shower thoughts at 7am. Months of work that don't move the number.
Your partner listens. Your oldest friends nod along. Your family is proud of you. But none of them can actually understand you.
You want fewer DMs and more dinners. Fewer Slack threads and more shared houses. Fewer "we should catch up sometime" and more "I'll fly in next week."
You don't need another networking event or another Slack group. You need a few genuine, curious peers who'll challenge your thinking, push back on your bad ideas, and actually book the trip when you say let's go.

The membership
We meet in three places. IRL Experiences around the world. On live calls once a month. In a private hub that never sleeps.
01
A villa in Spain. A castle in the French countryside. A treehouse in Mexico. A camper van in New Zealand. 10-20 members under one roof for a week or two, living and working and sharing ideas. Trained AOM hosts push you out of your comfort zone, spark bigger thinking and fast-track speed to lifelong friendships. These experiences are at-cost price for members and are booked based on demand. Usually 1-2 per month.

02
Live sessions with the whole community. Someone brings the hard question they've been sitting with: the cofounder split, the launch that flopped, the feeling of not knowing what to do next, and we think out loud together. It's the closest thing to a dinner table the internet has built.

03
Always on. Drop a half-formed idea at midnight, wake up to three thoughtful replies. Find a member in Lisbon for coffee tomorrow. Ask for a brutal read on your sales page before you ship it. This is how the friendships compound when nobody's flying anywhere.
Founder Residencies are the gravitational centre of the community. Not retreats. Not conferences. We rent a villa, a castle, a treehouse, a camper van, and we live, work, eat and play together.

"I didn't expect to have as much fun as I had. It really surpassed my expectations, mainly the quality of the people. My work output was a little lower these 12 days than normal, but the insight I got from going deep with people doing similar things to me has more than made up for it."

"Top five experiences of my life. Jet skiing on the lake. Flying on a plane on top of the glacier. Sober partying on the boat with the rest of the crew. If you're on the fence, just book it."

"I thought I had to do it all alone. I kept making up excuses, but I kept having this feeling of 'you gotta go, you gotta go.' I trusted it. One of the best decisions of my life. Action takers, doers, not just talkers."

Why we built this
We wanted to create a world where you lose track of the days, not because you're burnt out, but because the work feels meaningful. Where building a business doesn't come at the cost of your health or your relationships.
Less competition, more collaboration. Where a rising tide really does lift all ships.
And where "rich" isn't just measured in money… but in friendships, memories, and passport stamps.
We're two Aussies who met online in our twenties and bonded over the same things: self-growth, business, travel, health, and a love of learning.
At the time, our lives looked very different.
One of us skipped university, taught himself everything online, launched multiple businesses, failed most of them, and started travelling the world. After giving away two brands and living off savings for six months, everything changed when he surrounded himself with founders who were already living the life he wanted. Slowly, almost quietly, he became one of them.
The other took the more traditional path. Uni. Startup jobs. Corporate ladder. 60-hour weeks freelancing on the side. On paper, everything looked great. But a flashy LinkedIn profile couldn't hide the fact that deep down, something was still missing. Like there was so much more to life that he hadn't experienced yet. Like his ambition was being wasted.
A few phone calls later (including fifty conversations with founders asking one simple question), a new idea began to take shape.
We didn't want to build another brand.
We wanted to build a new home for people like us.
Creators, founders, and builders who want more out of life.
And selfishly, we wanted to be in rooms with people smarter than us. People who would challenge us, inspire us, and raise our standards.
That's how Art of Mondays began, and how Founder Family was born within it.
Founder Family is our private global community for founders who are living, or building, their dream lifestyle.
We host international residencies. Jam on business. Trade ideas. Build better habits. Live better stories.
And we do it alongside people who genuinely get it.
We don't believe in escaping work. We believe in redefining it, together.
See you on the inside x

[ How we vet ]
We manually review, interview, and reference-check every applicant. We believe a community is as strong as its weakest link, so we take a lot of care in this process.
Less than 300 of 6,500+ applicants made it in01/
You tell us about your business, your numbers, and your personal aspirations.
02/
We screen for our most important criteria: minimum $10k USD/month in revenue, intent, energy, values, and business type. Most applications stop here.
03/
If you pass the initial vetting, we'll invite you to have a conversation with our alignment team, to make sure the fit is mutual.
04/
Existing members can flag or vouch. Keeps the room high-trust and weeds out transactional energy.
05/
Our founders (Jai & Evan) review all applications and interviews and give the final yes/no before extending offers. We'd rather say no than risk bringing the wrong person in... our people are our product.
06/
If it's a mutual yes, you'll be invited to settle the membership investment, onboard and join the next intake, doors open every Monday. On that day you get full access to all benefits and founders inside.
One more thing
They're building from laptops. Living between cities. Chasing better ideas. Quietly wondering where the others are.
Takes around 10 minutes.
