Who's actually inside?

Low ego, high ambition, and genuinely generous with what they know. The average member is 28 and running a $2M/yr business, across e-com, agencies, SaaS, AI, Real Estate and more. We skew young on purpose with most of our members being under 35. Founder Family is built for the next generation of founders: the ones building fast and thinking in decades.

How much is membership?

Less than one bad hire, or one over-priced course that you finished half of. We'll tell you the exact cost on the alignment call if we deem you a great fit for the community. Membership includes the Residencies (at cost), the camps, the calls and the Founder Hub.

Do all members get the same access?

Mostly, yes. Everyone joins one community with full access to the Residencies, camps, Campfire Chats and Founder Hub. The one add-on is Inner Circle, for members doing $50k/mo+, which comes with a few extra perks: Inner Circle Residencies, more Camp Mondays spots, and first priority on events. Same family, just a little more for founders at that stage. We'll walk you through it on the call.

Are the IRL Experiences included in the membership price?

Ticket access to our IRL Experiences is included (it's member-only). The experience itself is separate, but always at cost-price. Usually somewhere between $1-3k USD for each trip.

How much time do I actually need to commit?

Honestly? As much as you want. There's no minimum login or required calls. But immersing yourself is when this stops being a community and starts being family. Most members do at least one IRL experience a year. The ones who do three usually don't leave.

What happens after I apply?

Our filtering system reviews your responses and if it's an initial match, you'll be asked to book your alignment call. On the call we'll ask you about your business, your aspirations and your reason for wanting to join the Founder Family. If it's a mutual fit, you can pay the membership fee and onboard ahead of our next intake. Doors open every Monday.

What if I join and it's not a fit, can I leave?

Membership is 12 months, on purpose. True growth and friendship don't compound in six weeks. We have a money-back guarantee for members who fully show up and genuinely don't find value. If a year feels like too much to invest in yourself and your people, this probably isn't the right place for you :)

Does it matter where I live?

Not even a little. Members come from 30+ countries. Residencies rotate continents on purpose. The Founder Hub doesn't care what timezone you're in, and Campfire Chats are split across all timezones. You could be sippin' aperols in Italy or chasing dreams in NYC.
