IRL Experiences
Two ways we get in a room together. Residencies: A villa in Spain. A castle in the French countryside. A treehouse in Mexico. A camper van in New Zealand. 10 to 15 members under one roof for a week or two, living and working and sharing ideas. Trained AOM hosts push you out of your comfort zone, spark bigger thinking and fast-track lifelong friendships. Somewhere new every month. Camp Mondays: Twice a year, the biggest gathering we run. Why we built this
Most people hate Mondays.
We wanted to build a world where you lose track of the days because the work means something. Where the business gets built and your health and your friendships thrive alongside it.
And where "rich" isn't just measured in money… but in friendships, memories, and passport stamps.
We're two Aussies who met online in our twenties and bonded over the same things: self-growth, business, travel, health, and a love of learning.
At the time our lives looked very different.
I skipped university, taught myself everything online, launched a string of businesses and failed most of them, then started travelling. After giving away two brands and living off savings for six months, everything changed when I put myself around founders already living the life I wanted. Slowly, almost quietly, I became one of them.
Evan took the traditional path. Uni. Startup jobs. Corporate ladder. 60-hour weeks with freelancing on the side. On paper it looked great. But a good LinkedIn profile couldn't cover the feeling that there was more to life than he'd experienced, and that his ambition was going to waste.
The part we recognised in each other came later. We'd both built things we were proud of and had nobody nearby who understood what they cost.
Fifty calls with founders later, a new idea took shape. A home for people like us. Creators, founders and builders who want more out of life.
And selfishly, we wanted to be in rooms with people smarter than us. People who'd challenge us and raise our standards.
That's how Art of Mondays began, and how Founder Family was born inside it.
Founder Family is our private global community for founders who are living, or building, their dream lifestyle. We host Residencies around the world, jam on business, trade ideas, and live better stories than we would alone.

We read every application and every interview ourselves, and the two of us make the final call. We'd rather say no than bring the wrong person in. Our people are the product.
